Discovering my iPod can do a lot more than just play music...
I bought my iPod approximately 6 months ago and I have just now figured out and begun to utilizedthe greatest feature it posesses.
Did everyone know that you can download tv shows from iTunes and play them on your iPod? Ok, I did know this but have never gotten around to downloading anything. I don't know why I have waited this long to take advantage of this awesome feature. One of my journalism buddies and I used to watch episodes of The Office on her iPod during a particular class that we both thought was ridiculous and in no way going to help us in our careers. So we shared the headphones and watched , sometimes laughing out loud and having to slump down in our chairs as to not cause attention to our not-paying-attention selves.
Anyway, two days ago I decided to download some episodes of The Office that I hadn't seen and it was the best thing I could have ever done for myself (aside from investing in some sort of mass mutual fund). I took my iPod upstairs to my room and watched 2 hours worth of The Office under my covers, in the comfort of my own bed. So great. The only downside to this amazingness is that episodes cost like $2 each, which adds up, especially if you really, really want to know if Pam and Jim ever get together for real. However, you can buy entire seasons of a particular show and save quite a bit than having to buy each one individually. I love technology. I really do.
I might be moving to Las Vegas to take a job (and no, this job does not require me to remove any clothing or ask if you'd like that on the rocks) I'm in Vegas now till Tuesday to check it out. Knowing how great I am with making decisions, this should be fun.
More on that later.

Funny post Bri. What if they want you to wear a showgirl head piece? Will you do it?
Agreed. Funny.
Jen laughed out loud. I heard her from the other side of our apartment, which is like 10 feet away.
I'll give you an extra $5/hour if you take a job as a dancing street corner real estate sign twirler.
And we all know Lisa O. will give you a tip.
The mini you bought me is still alive and kicking, but barely. You don't want it. It doesn't turn off. Literally. You have to wait till it runs out of battery power and dies if you want it to shut off.
Apple struggled with their original iPods.
It's true. Mine is barely holding on. You charge it all the way, and it dies after one song. It sucks. Apple sucks.
I finally got a new ipod since mine has been dead for like 2 months. I went to the apple store in cali and they just gave me a new one in place of it. It was sweet.
I dont even want to talk about my ipod, thanks for bringing it up bri.
Michelle's new ipod is now dead too... you guys have bad luck with your ipods mine is still going strong after 4 years
It's true... my new ipod froze up yesterday. The battery finally died, so we'll see how it does after I charge it.
