Saturday 3:30 PM

I'm not going Friday because I don't want to be amongst all the shrieking teenage girls who will no doubt make it entirely impossible to hear any of the movie.

So I'm waiting a solid 16 hours after the release. I mean, going Friday night would just be pathetic.

On the DL

I've hit a serious wall in my running. Last night Dan and I only did 2 miles because my left hip started to hurt so bad. Usually it's my right one that gives me problems. I don't know what to do. I can barely walk on it today.

I hate not being able to do something because of an injury. Any injury. Last week I had to have a root canal (!) and I couldn't eat normally for 5 days. It was annoying.

So. I don't know how to correct this or if it's even something I can change with inserts or different shoes. Maybe my form is way off?

I don't know.

In brighter news, I do have a free meal card for Cafe Rio. So I mean, there's that.

Update

Things have been a little crazy the last few weeks. Hence, the no new posts.

Wedding plans are getting off the ground, barely. My problem is I have no idea what I'm doing. If I had the money, I'd hire someone to do all of this for me. Making decisions on colors and flowers and dresses and times and locations is overwhelming to me. I've never been one of those girls to like, have a secret binder of wedding ideas under their bed or something. I don't know what I like as far as all that stuff. I mean, I know what I don't like, so that's at least something.

I do really like peacock feathers. Maybe I'll use that as inspiration.

We do know we want this to be a party. Not the stand in line-greet people you don't know-don't get to eat any of your own food-type of thing. We want to enjoy and have fun with all our favorite people.

A big party.

Probably in the spring. Maybe April? Not sure yet.

I know. I'm bad at being engaged.
