
I've hit a serious wall in my running. Last night Dan and I only did 2 miles because my left hip started to hurt so bad. Usually it's my right one that gives me problems. I don't know what to do. I can barely walk on it today.
I hate not being able to do something because of an injury. Any injury. Last week I had to have a root canal (!) and I couldn't eat normally for 5 days. It was annoying.
So. I don't know how to correct this or if it's even something I can change with inserts or different shoes. Maybe my form is way off?
I don't know.
In brighter news, I do have a free meal card for Cafe Rio. So I mean, there's that.
