Proving my theory one Bachelor at a time

I'm not going to sit here and pretend I am all shocked about the Bachelor finale last night. I wasn't. I've known this was coming for about 2 weeks.  When I found out then, I was sick with disappointment.  Now that I've had to time get over it, I had no desire to watch it last night. And I didn't. I came home from the gym (where my wallet and iPod were stolen...more on that later) and asked my roommate, who had watched it, if the rumors had been true. She confirmed and I was just like, "Screw this, I don't even care." Jason is the lamest Bachelor ever and just goes to show you that ALL guys, even the nice ones, are jerks. *All of them.

What I can't believe is how Molly took him back. How awesome would it have been if she would have been all, "No. You had your shot and you blew it. Sorry." Why, Molly? Why? Why couldn't you be cool for like 30 seconds and make him feel like the idiot that he is?

I guess the silver lining in all this is that Jason, and I guess Molly now too by association, are going to be blacklisted and publicly persecuted for the rest of their lives.  They're going to get yelled at and stuff thrown at them where ever they go now.

That at least gives me some peace and makes the last 2 months of my life not a total waste of time, I guess.

p.s. my wallet and iPod were indeed stolen from my locker at the gym last night. I actually only freaked our for like 5 seconds and then I was just pissed because I loved my wallet, I just got my new license, and I had just got a new arm strap for my iPod.  I probably would have cried losing my iPod, but I had recently dumped everything on it onto my computer so I still have my music and stuff, I just need to replace the iPod.  I guess now I have an excuse to get the Touch.

Still, people are so lame.

*Excluding the one I'm dating. He's quality.

SO lame about the iPod/wallet. I'm a firm believer in Karma.

Jason is a total dirt bag. I hate them both. And I agree about Molly. I appreciated that her first question was, "Well, what about Melissa??" but her concern pretty much stopped there. Bad people. Very bad people.

I guess I don't really know about the whole bachelor thing. I watched it but I think I must have missed something.

Dude! Seriously! That totally sucked! I knew it was coming too, but had a slim hope that it wasn't true. I love Melissa and feel so bad for her. Maybe she'll become the next Bachelorette. And even though almost always, the outcomes of the show are not what i'd like them to be, I'll keep watching year after year. I'm addicted. One of these times it's going to work out and be beautiful just like Ryan and Trista, and I'll be there to see it. All those out there swearing to never watch again are going to miss it and regret it. You'll see, You'll all see!!

Anyway, sorry about the ipod and wallet. Maybe that's a sign that you should quit going to the gym. I wish I could get a sign like that so I wouldn't have to torture myself with exercise week after week. If only!

Are you lumping ALL guys into your "all guys are jerks" classification?????

Amen sister. I never watched the Bachelor, but I suppose realty TV can teach us some valuable life lessons.

Whats a girl to do then? Go homo?

Dude it was the worst Bachelor finale ever in the history of life. You are right though, surround a genuinely nice guy with media and cameras and he is a jerk. Jerk jerk jerk.

I was hoping that Molly would be seeing someone else and that she would say "too bad." but of course that isn't how it happened.

Okay so I figured out what happened. Sucks for Melissa.

You are all going to hate me for this but I say good for Jason. The public wanted him to be with Melissa and if he didn't want to be with her he shouldn't have to be forced to be with her because of the public's view or ratings. Period!
Now having said that, do I think it was uncool to do the break up on the air, yes, could Molly have planted the "you're making a big mistake" bug in his head so anytime that Melissa did something that was annoying he was then zooming in on her flaws, yes, does he have a right to change his mind, heck yes and let's face it ladies, at one time or another we have taken "A Jason" back.
If it works out, great if not. That would be classified as a slap in the face AKA Karma!

Bri I agree! this was not the most dramatical or as good as it was all hyped up to be! I read about it a couple weeks ago too, but still watched. And yes molly is stupid

Ok, I feel a little bit better about the whole thing after last night. Molly is still a nice girl and I think Jason really is a good guy. It just sucks that he made such a huge huge huge mistake. My only qualm (is that a word?) now is that he had to break up with Melissa on TV. Seriously, who does that?

Give Jason some slack, please. We don't know that Melissa didn't end up being a total controlling, emotional, clingy mess once the cameras were done rolling. I think she's lucky that Jason didn't publicly say what a crazy b***h she is. As she was rolling away in the limo, she admitted to always being the dumpee in the last 4 serious relationships. Coincidence? I don't think so!

You all should have just enjoyed the raw emotion and surprise on Molly's face, and the fear in Jason's face when he thought she was going to turn him down, and then she didn't, and it ended up being an awesome moment.

I'm just saying.
