Can't Move.

I am so, so sore. Saturday, I took care of some serious business at the gym and now I'm paying for it. I barely slept last night because everytime I would shift or try and turn over, I would wake up to the pain in my legs.

What else?

I discovered the Trader Joe's here in Vegas and I am so converted. Love that store. Why did it take me this long to discover it? I've been munching on almonds and dried mangos all afternoon. Plus I found the most delish fresh mozzarella and made my favorite meal from Europe. I could eat fresh mozzarella and tomatoes everyday. But I won't, because I'm going to Puerto Rico in approximately 7 weeks and I need to feel good in a swim suit. But still, fresh mozzarella +tomatoes+olive oil, balsamic and S&P= AWESOME.

Me and a friend of mine were bored Friday night and decided to play blackjack down on Fremont Street. Fremont Street is the old school part of downtown Vegas. Lot's of older and less glamorous casinos. Table miniums are $5 down there, as opposed to somewhere on the strip where they're $15 or even $25 on the weekends. Plus, there's a more entertaining crowd on Fremont street. The city has also been revamping the downtown area, putting in a lot of property improvements along with a big public relations campaign, trying to attract more people from the main strip. It's pretty fun, if only for the fact that playing $25 on the blackjack table can last you a good couple hours.

I walked away with $50 towards the Puerto Rico fund.

Puerto Rico? I'm so jealous. I need a vacation like that. Maybe when I get on Survivor I'll get to go some place cool.
